Jump rope's a Bitch.

I thought I was heartless...especially after my uneventful divorce...

Until today...

Jump rope's a bitch. Heart was thumping so hard, I could feel it in my throat.

Benching some good ol 220lbs for 15 reps...yea its a breeze...

If you want a 6 pack, lift some serious motherfucker weights.

And do some deadly high intensity cardio...

And pick a fight with somebody at least thrice a week...helps maintain the insanity...

6 pack is an illogical outcome for illogical beings...

Lifting & Burning.

Weighed in at 105.0 kg today. 

I was 116 kg same time last year.

Fuck You Again.

Weight training around 4 times a week.

Lifting heavier than I ever lifted.

Catching different types of cardio every now and then.

Upper six pack is gaining slight formation, but still shit loads of fat all over.

Lower gut still sticking out.

Im gonna break the fuckin gym.

Day 1 to a 6 pack

Hello Motherfuckers.

Welcome to my blog.

This is how long it takes to get a 6 pack.

My waistline is 42.0 inches as of today.

When Im ripped to a complete 6 pack, its 30 inches.

Measures are extreme, but natural.

No steroids, No gear.

No restriction on any foods either B-)

Just some mofukka protein and some crazy ass weights.

Fuck all yall.
